Update segment props when receive new props #42

Hi,

This updates all segment properties (value, label, color,...), not only the value.

This project doesn't seem to be maintained any more. You can use this package instead. If you want to make a new pull request I'll merge it in. https://www.npmjs.com/package/rc-chartjs
