Error in MCL clustering #17

Dear,

I am trying to use the Cytoscape Plug In but I encounter an error. I want to do the gene expression analysis. The first step "Select a microarray data file and run MCL network clustering" goes well and then I get a screen with "MCL clustering results". Then when I continue I get an error (see attachments). I think the issue is that the program cannot take comma's as decimals so I put my Mac's preferences with point as decimal separator. This does not solve the issue. The program keeps using commas in the "MCL clustering results". I also tried older versions of the software back to 8.0.0. . This does not work either.

Can you please help me?

Sorry for the problem. Indeed, this is a locale decimal format issue. I may need some time to investigate this issue.
