Need to run a script to consolidate the Ensembl databases in gk_central

1) update gk_central

consolidate database 2) ortho-inference
For the ortho-inference process for species like yeast will use the other (not primary) ensemble databases 3) updating add_links
- need to use one of the four ensemble databases instead of the species-specific
