Too many compilation attempts for flexcust #1277

When running benchmark flexclust (same setting as in the benchmarking suite) there are close to 70 000 top level compilation requests, most of them declined due to missing support for ... . To reproduce it, just run the benchmark with flag PIR_DEBUG=ShowWarnings

solved already, issue #1299
