Enable run with no parameters #139

Currently, RwwPlay! needs to be started with parameters, as explained in the readme. It would be simpler if it could be run with no parameters, enabling to set the port and the virtual folders destinations, among others, in the conf file.

yes, that should in fact work. Not sure why not.
