Enrich the headers returned on a POST #154

Headers returned by a POST should be much closer if not identical to those returned by a GET. See thread: https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ldp-wg/2015May/0001.html

It should be close to done, but just requires verification. Probably a bit of code cleanup.
