Fix duplicate space entries #522

Fix the space_name duplicates identified by ReadActor, also makes the schema more strict so we won't have to deal with this in the future.

Ci has 1 less failure the remaining failures are caused by readchina/ReadActor#81 and readchina/ReadActor#79
