Bug Title The list of clients is not searchable. Steps to Reproduce 1. Open the app

2. Go to Beginning Balance page
3. Add new record
4. Go to client list to choose client, notice that the field is not searchable. Expected Result The clients' list should update dynamically based on the search input, displaying only the relevant clients that match the search criteria. Actual Result The list is not searchable field. It can lead to inefficiencies and frustration.
