Bug Title There is no icons for delete or edit in the page. Steps to Reproduce 1. Open the app

2. Go to Beginning Balance page
3. Try to edit or delete a record
4. I notice that there is no icons for delete or edit. Expected Result The Beginning Balance page should have delete and edit icons to allow users to manage records. Actual Result The delete and edit icons are missing, preventing users from managing records. Screenshots/Recordings Attached at end of file Bug Severity Important Bug Severity Information Without the ability to delete or edit records, users cannot efficiently manage the data, leading to potential errors and frustration.
