Do something cool with Reading comment recursion #105

Maybe comments on comments become replies or threads etc. Any way you slice it, we need to do something about it.

I still really like this one idea of only being able to thread replies between mutual followers.

Trouble explaining this, but here goes:

Comments are only visible to your followers. At-mentions are limited to people following you.

Mutual followers can have threaded conversations. (Groups of all-mutual-following can also do that.) This gives a reason to follow/unfollow: seeing someone else's comments. Also gives a way of discovering a-degree-of-separation-away:

Conversations are visible to all followers of any participant. Conversations are how we see how the people we follow speak to their friends. Help us gauge them. Conversations also expand (slowly) our pool of people, because we see the conversations our follow-ees have with their friends.
