Consider adding a secondary confirmation for known nsfw sites #298

I wonder if it could be a casual thing that looks for x's and lewd terms in the domain name rather than a blacklist. Just a gentle "this appears to be an nsfw site, continue to post?"

+1 at least don't do all the hooks - imagine the hipchat post:
