Consider putting some hard limits around how many people can be mentioned in a single comment #364

@davidbyrd11 Spam prevention. Twitter gets around this by having a character limit. We don't have any sort of limitation.

I like some of the long form content that appears on Reddit. I saw that comment (I think there's a ticket filed about it) and it's a bug we'll need to fix. We can consider character limits, but I don't know that they're needed aside from preventing spam.
