Make call to login or sign up more prominent #371

People with accounts often don't realize they're logged out.

I was doing some debugging on notifications earlier and noticed that when you click to open the plugin, if you aren't logged in, you just get the 'yep/nope.' If there's a failed login response, should just have a link to login (would be super cool to login from that page and not leave...)
