Update models with Presentation Hints changes

To conform to the latest spec:

• Metadata.Rendition is now Metadata.Presentation
• Properties.Layout is parsed per EPUB extension.

Nevermind. I think these are DiViNa specific and for EPUB the default values are good. @llemeurfr @HadrienGardeur am I correct?
