FXL: the fit to screen is imperfect #204

Test done with the LCP protected FXL EPUB "Valerian et Laureline, The City of Shifting Waters". You can get it free from lcp.epagine.fr by opening an account.

There is a "fit to height" but no "fit to width" it seems. Therefore the full-screen view of a page is incomplete.
