LCP: issue if the encrypted content is empty #241

It happened because the encrypted content had been removed from a server but a certain proxy was not returning 404 but rather empty content.

The cover appears (it my case an empty cover, with title = "Title", author="Author"), the problematic issue is that I cannot even suppress the item from the library with a long tap.

The book disappears from the library if the app is closed then re-opened. This mitigates the problem.
