Update Readium CSS version to alpha.3 #308

Check if automatic retrieval from the Readium CSS repo is possible.

We're up-to-date. I would advise not upgrading automatically Readium CSS as the changes need to be vetted to make sure it doesn't break the toolkit. However it could be useful to add a script to automatically retrieve latest version when executed.
