Add polyfill Note #67

Its just a note in the documentation

I’ll have to defer to @rkwright and @llemeurfr there. At first sight it’s not ReadiumCSS’ role to cherry-pick polyfills for implementers.

I know we did for typefaces, but it’s a list of recommended options related to user settings, which is in scope.

If we chose to even do that for polyfills, which could be useful, it should probably be a new document with multiple options for every feature that requires a polyfill, like the recommended typefaces.

I agree with @JayPanoz that this doc about Readium CSS shouldn't direct implementers to a specific polyfill (authored by @nuxodin in this case), and therefore endorse this as a unique choice. The use of such polyfill for IE11 my be necessary in the upcoming Readium Web (Readium Mobile and Readium Desktop use other rendering engines), therefore such a note (and endorsement) would be more interesting at the Readium Web level, isn't it?

I made this pull request only because I discovered the link "This page is open source. Improve this page". I'm sure this is the most comprehensive Polyfill on the market, but if you find another one, I'm also interested.
