epub 'display format' problems #635

The 'two-page' display format for an ebook doesn't work after choosing the corresponding icon in Settings. Instead, Readium continues to display single-page format. Also, the Page Width feature doesn't seem to be working. The display is stuck on full width.

I use:

Readium Chrome extension on WIN 7
- latest official version available from the Chrome Web Store

what EPUB are you having this problem with? reflow or fixed layout?

@danielweck can you close this due to inactivity? Would be good to get some control of the issue queue in this library. I don't mind helping to moderate.
