What do you mean by "readiumjs"? Do you mean the cloud/web reader and/or the Chrome app (both of which are implemented here in the readium-js-viewer codebase), or a hybrid web app? etc.?

I'd also love to see some simple examples of a web form that takes an epub file and just renders it out. some documentation of the library would be helpful as well. thanks
