Bad layout in FXL document #262

Background Info A user (ludala, airchobit@gmail.com) sent in an EPUB they created. It is a fixed layout EPUB.

Steps to Reproduce Open the file in the Chrome Extension or one of the Launchers.

Expected Behaviour Should render and layout perfectly.

Actual Behaviour In Chrome Extensions, layout is bad with the page shifted to the right. As the browser window is shrunken, the layout changes but is never correct, Opened in SDKLauncher-OSX the layout is different but still wrong - the page is apparently oversize and gets clipped.

Environment Tested with 0.23 (develop) on MacBookPro running OSX 10.10

Other Info Renders fine in iBooks on the same machine. Passes EPUBCheck with a few warnings about file extensions.

There's definitely some kind of rendering / scaling bug.
