discrepancies in test files #6

Ive noticed a few discrepancies in the testing. some test questions in the cloud reader have no corresponding item in the spreadsheet to record results and vice versa.

epub30-test-0100: missing from excel spreadsheet template: Audio-040 Mathml-030 ->60 mathml-061 mathml-70 mathml-80 mathml-81 mathml-90 missing from cloud reader tests: mathml-030

epub30-test-0120: missing from spreadsheet template mo-playback-10

Media Overlays do not work in book: epub30-test-0300 tests: reading-010 -> reading-610

also, test# nav-710 visual-110 are missing from the test book

nav-710 is missing from the spreadsheet
