"Mark all as read" toolbar button

Hello,

app version - v1.3.1

currently you need to perform these steps to mark all items of the current feed/folder read:

• long-press to select one entry
• click "select all" in toolbar
• click "mark as read" in toolbar

can you please add a separate button that just marks all entries as read?
