Glossary Display - Lines obscure display #175

On Maindev2 we are getting this display issue on all db's. This is outside of the context of Workbench.

not able to repro this on any db in READ wordlistVE (viewing a Glossary) or in exported HTML for Glossary (used by READ Viewer)

We can repro on maindev2 on both local machine and server. Same db does not have display issue on V1RC

Unable to repro. We need to compare system software and configs or setup a debug session.

Tested and confirmed that it is not related to grapheme character map.
Line does not appear in WordList
