READ Viewer - Synch Scrolling - Load subsequent baselines #180

Synch scrolling is not loading in subsequent baselines in READ Viewer. Whilst the synch works between edition and chaya scrolling in the edition does not trigger subsequent baseline images to load.

Currently we have a single segment on the first line of each image linked to the first syllable in the corresponding line in the text.

Resolved that this is an issue with the cached viewer rendition not being updated. Will raise separate bug report for issues with cache updates.
