Add redirection parameter #20

i added ?r=<your_query> so that it redirects to the google search instantly.

For some reason the query parameter (?q=%s) didn't work on gh pages so i added it temporarily for my testing its removed in the latest commit

oh and im really sorry, but my vscode formatted everything to its liking
