Anchor the few buttons (new, edit, previous) to the lower-left #95

My server is running the latest main branch (af67cfa) but you can see by yourself if you scroll down the page, the few buttons don't stay on the buttom left but instead scroll too. I would like they stick on the bottom left. https://bin.readthedocs.fr/angute.py
