This build should currently fail with a loud newsletter-november-2022.rst:22:unknown document: theme-release-110 - but it seems like warnings are ignored.

"Wagtail" can be Awesome Project of the Month, unless there is a newer one brewing @humitos ? :)

Ah yes, what I meant was that I would (re)use Wagtail in the Newsletter unless there is something newer coming up in the next days.

I think the Newsletter will be ready for review/release on Monday.

Gotcha! It's fine to use Wagtail in this version of the newsletter since it was posted on Oct.

@benjaoming I think it's best if you handle the whole process, otherwise responsibilities get confused. No rush to ship it today.
