Add auto-renewing language to site #438

I don't love the copy to be honest. I feel like it can be improved but I want a short way to say that auto-renewing is opt-in but that you get a discount for it.

I do wonder if we should specify it's on your second campaign? Do we want to do this discount on someones first campaign? That definitely seems more ripe for abuse, but maybe it sets an expectation?

I think it's OK to leave it as-is for now. If somebody sets up an auto-renewing campaign and actually intends to renew they deserve the discount on their first campaign. It also avoids the "first campaign is the most expensive" problem.
