Fix newsletter links #456

We could also replace them with the slightly fancier landing page https://mailchi.mp/ethicalads/mail-list-signup.

I'd be :+1: on the new landing page, so we can keep them the same. I wonder about doing something like https://ethicalads.io/mailing-list/ as a redirect, so we can just update it once if the URL ever changes?
