Project: create form KO view seems unable to handle SSO org/users? #257

I got some JS errors on the form when logged in as out SSO QA 1 user. This was in the prod beta, and the JS error mentioned a missing has_admin function/attribute.

I also noted other errors on the view with other users, so suspect there is a larger failure here.
