Onboarding: Add checklist #438

This could go in the upper left of the dashboard, similar to in this PR: https://github.com/readthedocs/ext-theme/pull/377. An example on our ad server is shown in the screenshot here: https://github.com/readthedocs/ethical-ad-server/pull/900.

Content probably will be:

[ ] [Business only] Create an organization
[ ] Import a project
[ ] Have a successful build
[ ] Invite someone to the project to share success
[ ] Other additional feature previews (eg. PR build, search, analytics?)?
