What is the under active development status? #13

I am wondering how relative is under active development as I see that the last commit is more than two month ago.

Should we keep trying to use this module in order to be able to build documentation for RTD or should we look for other alternatives? Which ones?

Currently this is used in readthedocs builds just for the configuration parser. We haven't fully integrated the build scripts yet.
