Travis CI: Drop the EOLed Python 3.4 and add 3.7 #52

Python 3.4 is EOL https://devguide.python.org/devcycle/#end-of-life-branches

Also, Travis are now recommending removing the sudo tag.

"If you currently specify sudo: false in your .travis.yml, we recommend removing that configuration"

Thanks for the PR, but this repo isn't longer active, we merged this code in the main read the docs code.

Important This repo was moved to the Read the Docs code. Issues and pull requests should be done there.
