sphinxcontrib-shoebot dependencies. #165

sphinxcontrib-shoebot support.

Add dependencies the for pygobject and pycairo, which allow Shoebot to render text and images.

I tested locally by grabbing the readthedocs image, manually installing these packages and verifying I can install shoebot, shoebot-sphinxcontrib and generating our documentation.

Hey @stuaxo! Now you can install the APT dependencies by yourself by using https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/config-file/v2.html#build-apt-packages
