Would like to commandeer existing project #473

I have an open-source project called exam exam here on Github that I'd like to put on readthedocs. Unfortunately, the exam project is already taken by what looks like an inactive/test project:

Would it be possible to remove/rename the existing exam project so I could take it over?

Went ahead and deleted that other project.
