Alpha version `3.1.0a4` was released as `3.0.0a4` #434

Thanks for the great project. I just noticed that the latest pre-release has probably been released under a wrong version number and wanted to make you aware of that.

Thanks for highlighting this! I've just released 3.1.0b0 and I'll leave the 3.0.0a4 release in place.
