A parameter or returns description wtih an XML <see cref="..."/> tag is not correctly handled #43

When I use autoapi to generate docs for LocalizationServiceCollectionExtensions the <see cref="..."/> tags are either rendered in the HTML or stripped out completely. Instead the should render as links.
