Footer: fix display issues #125

The HTML for the footer was never optimal, it uses some one off components rather than a very basic ui menu.

[x] Switch to more correct elements
[x] Drop custom CSS for vanilla SUI
[x] Fix link colors
[x] Fill/remove gap under the footer footer
[x] Drop sponsors from the website footer
[x] Make room for another column
[x] Put newletter signup in a modal, it's awkwardly wide
