Remove page links from footer and move to front page #188

The front page has a "Resources" section that would be a better place to mock up navigation structure. Currently we're using the footer for each page we add, which is rather hidden and pollutes the footer more. I'm avoiding overloading the footer so that that website footer and application footer can match.

Ultimately, we should have a top-level page for comparisons and tools. But for now, the front page resources section could be the start of this, and both sections could be cards in that "Resources" section.

I think we want links here to be subtle, but I agree the footer is not the right place. But these are landing pages for Google, not really for users, so I think they make sense to link from the footer for now, and have an index if we need a bunch of them. We don't want 5 links like this in the footer, but I don't think we want them in site content either?

A sitemap could also solve this problem, but I think we mostly just want them linked in some discreet fashion.
