Fancy pricing page CTA #212

I also tried to make the CTAs at the bottom of the pricing table link directly to a signup, but got some weird CSS glitches. When the header rows "detach" from the table, they shift in width that doesn't match the table:

I would implement this in a simpler way: just show one button after the pricing table saying "Sign up for an account" (the same button that we have at the top) and show the modal where the user can select Business or Community.
