Add 2023 stats post #273

Realized we never did one of these for 2022 I don't think. Probably worth backporting the data, since most of it should be able to be found in our stats.

It seems this is scheduled for tomorrow. We will need to rebuild the project tomorrow to make it available I think, right?

Ha ha, weird. It seems pelican publishes blog posts even if they are in the future 🤷‍♂️
