Page metadata variables not available when formatting individual highlights #22

When formatting individual highlights, the page metadata variables can't be used, they just render as blanks. I've tried to create a link directly to the page in the pdf-document the highlight origins from, but {{title}} just remains empty when used in the Highlight section of Custom Formatting.

The page metadata is inline but with only a single colon so they are not legit metadata fields that can be queried in data view for example. Author: [[Claudia Kalb]]

If the format was changed to Author:: [[Claudia Kalb]] then the metadata would be processed correctly and available.

Actually I was able to resolve my issue by enabling custom formatting on the obsidian website. Works nicely for me now.

Just FYI, this metadata format is not native, but Dataview specific.
