Bullet list exported with actual bullet characters

In the sync from Reader to Obsidian, I have experienced bullet points being exported not using - but using an actual bullet character •. This is of course not valid Markdown, and the result is that it's not properly formatted (indented) as a list.

I have also experienced bullet points appearing properly with -, so I'm not sure what triggers this.

@cmeeren Unfortunately, I think bullet characters are the proper solution here given this constraint.

Similarly: using numbered lists WILL create actual line breaks and work as originally desired by @cmeeren.
