Mismatch Penalty and Phred Quality Score #2

I was curious if there is planned support for ingesting fastq files, so that each base's quality score to modify the mismatch score?

Thank you for taking an interest in our project. At the moment, we do not plan to support fastq files (at least, it is not our highest priority).
