Most of the commands on the wiki will not work #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install and download webiopi
2.cd into the webiopi file diarectory
3.try any command like sudo webiopi-passwd
...

WebIOPi version used?
=> 0.6.0

Python version used?
=> the newest?

Distro used? (WebIOPi has only been tested on Raspbian Wheezy)
=>Raspbian Wheezy

Raspberry Pi board revision? (1 or 2)
=>2

For Javascript side bugs, Browser?
=>

Please provide any additional information below.
the only commands that work are the setup commands
