[interhelp #31950] max number of proteins per analysis batch for TMHMM #58

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run an interproscan job with an input file of >50 proteins (and <100 )
2. check the temp folder for that job
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see one file being processed by TMHMM, however, despite the fact
that for TMHMM the "max number of proteins per analysis batch" is set a 100
(default value) the initial input file is split in chunks of 50 proteins

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
interproscan version 5.8-49

Please provide any additional information below.
TMHMM version: TMHMM-2.0c

Dear Lieven,

I could reproduce the issue. Unfortunately I cannot tell you when we will have
time to investigate that further.

Thanks for your patience.

Hi Lieven,

This is still a problem in InterProScan version 5.8-49.0. But I have updated
the code now, so the fix will be available in our next release.

Thanks for reporting that!

Regards,

Matthew
InterPro team
