[interhelp #48291] Could not load properties ?

Hello

from a fresh installation of the last interproscan, when I launch an analysis, 
I see a warning related to the interproscan.properties file. This one seems to 
be search in an hard coded location (/homes/nuka...) instead of my own 
directory.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. interproscan.sh -appl PfamA -i Rice.prot

What is the expected output?

Hi Fred,

Thank you for reporting the issue. InterProScan still seems to run OK despite 
this warning. However we have updated the download, therefore installing a 
fresh copy of InterProScan 5.14-53.0 from 
ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/software/unix/iprscan/5/5.14-53.0/ will get rid of the 
warning.
