[interhelp #48309] unable to load properties in 5.14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.first step, for example ./interproscan.sh -i test_all_appl.fasta -appl pfam 
-f gff3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Hi,

Thank you for reporting the issue. InterProScan still seems to run OK despite 
this warning. However we have updated the download, therefore installing a 
fresh copy of InterProScan 5.14-53.0 from 
ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/software/unix/iprscan/5/5.14-53.0/ will get rid of the 
warning.
