Should more files be ignored by default? #177

Hey,

I suspect more files should be ignored by default. You be the judge. I generated my app with lein new reagent myapp +cider +test +shadow-cljs.

Love how you really took the time to provide a good skeleton, and show how everything fits together :+1:
